Neighbor Loyalty Rate
Neighbor Loyalty Rates and monthly birthday specials are available exclusively to residents of Hocking County. A quick ID check at your first visit helps us keep these offerings reserved for our community. These rates are not listed online, so please call or text the studio to schedule using local pricing.
Studio Guidelines
Arriving
To fully embrace your experience we suggest getting here roughly 15 minutes before your visit begins. This time gives you the space to decompress from your day, sip on some warm tea, and finish your intake details in a relaxed manner.
Reservations & Cancellations
To ensure your restorative time is protected, all sessions are pre-paid when you book. This commitment allows us to curate a tranquil space specifically for you, while offering you the ease of a seamless departure without the interruption of payment at the end of your session. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to your scheduled time. Adjustments made within that 24-hour window may results in a fee, while no-shows are billed at the full rate. This courtesy helps us maintain a consistent schedule for all who seek healing here.
Late Entries
If your arrival is delayed, your treatment will conclude at the originally scheduled time so that we may remain on schedule for our next guest. Though the session may be shorter, the full cost of the service remains your responsibility.
Wellness & Pregnancy
For the safety and wellness of all, please postpone your visit if you have a fever or any contagious symptoms. Additionally, Balsam & Fern does not offer massage for clients at any stage of pregnancy. If a booking is made and a client arrives pregnant, we will prioritize your safety by cancelling the session and providing a full refund of the service fee.
Youth
Any guest under 18 years of age is required to have a parent or legal guardian present on the premises throughout the entire duration of their massage session.
If you wish to show appreciation for your therapist’s care, gratuities are entirely at your discretion. You may provide a tip via cash directly to your practitioner or use a card during your stay. We appreciate your kindness and hope you Leave your session feeling restored and valued.
